Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items within one working day of the date of purchase, subject to the item/s being in stock. We use an insured 24-hour delivery service for all items sent within mainland UK. That guarantees your purchase will be with you before 4.00pm the next working day.

Items that are being sent to Scotland and Northern Ireland can take up to 48-hours to arrive after dispatch.

Worldwide shipping times vary. We recommend you get in touch for a more accurate shipping time before you order.

All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. Overseas customers will be liable for paying for any importation taxes or duties levied on the shipment.

Our cart will automatically calculate the exact price and best shipping method based on your order.

We urge all customers to check their order on delivery to confirm the goods have arrived safely. Any problems with the order should be reported back to the delivery driver. The item must be rejected for us to claim on the damaged goods. We do ask you to report the incident to us as soon as possible after the item has been delivered to avoid any loss of compensation.

Track Your Item

Just let us know if you want to be able to track your item/s. We’ll be more than happy to give you a tracking number.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year full manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of original purchase). Proof of purchase will be required to qualify for the warranty. Warranty cannot be transferred over to a second owner if sold on within the 2-year warranty period.

As part of our warranty agreement we will take liability for collecting faulty items, and liability for replacements and repairs. We are not liable for any costs that are incurred by third party companies, including: builders, electricians or audio visual installers.

If the product has been tampered with or modified the warranty will be void.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in a ‘brand new’ condition.

‘Brand new’ condition means the item is in exactly the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original box/packaging, and include any supplementary items that were included.

Please email or call us to let us know if you need to return a TV. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the unwanted item at an agreed time and location. This will be free of charge.

You are only liable for paying for the original delivery charges. This will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your refund.

We insure all items in transit. So, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged on route to you, you can decide if you would prefer a replacement or full refund.
