How we use customer information
Inevitably we need certain information (including your name, address, telephone number and email address) to help us process your enquiry. On occasion, we may use some of this information to let you know about a new product, service or offer that we think might interest you.
You don’t have to receive any of this information if you don’t want to. You can simply send an email and ask to be removed from our database at any time.
How do we look after your private information?
When you make an enquiry or become a Tech2o customer, we’ll follow our requirements under the UK Data Protection Act to safely store any and all personal information you give us. Nor will we disclose this information to any third parties.
As part of our security measures, we may ask you to give us proof of identity before we can divulge any information about your order or related information to you.
Tech2o will only pass on your information, if, for any reason, we are required by law to do so.
What about site tracking?
Site tracking is a useful way for us to monitor traffic to our website. It helps us see which areas of the site are most popular – and that can help us in our drive to give you the best website, the best product ranges, and the highest levels of service we possibly can.
Don’t worry. Site tracking can’t capture any personal information whatsoever. It simply records information about when you visit the site, which pages you view, and how long you stay.
When you use the Tech2o website we assume your consent to the collection and use of your information in the ways that we have described.
