All of our TVs are supplied with everything needed to install, either on-the-wall or in-the-wall, including: power lead, fixtures & fittings, brackets and detailed installation instructions. We strongly recommend that a qualified fitter installs your TV. All Tech2o TVs come with a 2-year collect and return warranty as standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem – we will collect, repair, and return your TV at our cost, getting you back up and running in no time at all. Extended warranties are also available – just ask us when you purchase. Do please note that we are not liable for any costs that are incurred by third party companies, including: builders, electricians or audio visual installers.
Yes, customers have the choice of screen size and where the TV screen is located behind the mirror. As long as the TV screen proposed is the correct size to fit behind the mirror frontage then we can produce it.
Yes – we’ve purposely designed the Mirror TV’s to allow customers to also fit their own frames as we understand everyone has their own taste. Framing the Wall-Mounted Mirror TV’s follows exactly the same process as framing a standard wall hung mirror.
Tech2o Outdoor TVs are IP65 waterproof meaning that they are completely sealed and protected from water and moisture, and so safe for use outdoors. They also have a high-brightness TV panel and non-reflective glass screen making the TV picture clear, even in direct sunlight. Last but not least – the units are housed in an all-weather robust casing, making them durable. In terms of connections, our TVs have all of the ports, connectors and functionality that you would expect from a regular television including HDMI input and an integrated Freeview HD tuner, as well as more advanced technology such as integrated Smart-TV and RS-232 control.

If the items are in stock and as long as the order is placed before 2.00pm on a working day, UK customers should expect to receive their order the next working day. Some of the larger and custom items we supply are made to order; we usually allow 30-35 days to produce such items. Please contact us by email or phone to enquire into availability of our products. For international orders, transit times do vary depending on your location; feel free to contact us before you order so we can give you a more accurate delivery date estimate.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in a ‘brand new’ condition. Please contact us to let us know if you need to return a TV. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the unwanted item at an agreed time and location. This will be free of charge. You are only liable for paying for the original delivery charges. This will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your refund.

The Tech2o Wall-Mounted Mirror TV’s are designed to be installed directly onto a flat wall using the ultra slim brackets attached to the side of the TV. For customers wanting the TV seated on a VESA Wall Mount Bracket, again this is possible.
Tech2o Outdoor TVs have been designed specifically for use outdoors, and in turn work perfectly, look great and are reliable long-term ‘outdoor TV’ solutions. In comparison – the alternative ‘normal TV in outdoor case’ option gives a poor viewing experience (due to normal brightness panel and lack of anti-glare screen), as well as not being as aesthetically pleasing, reliable or robust.
All our bathroom TVs conform to IP65 standard, so they’re practical and safe to use in bathroom zones 1, 2 and 3. In other words, just keep them out of the bath itself! So yes they can be installed at the end of the bath, of which is the most popular installation location.

We do not offer an installation service; instead we specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of TV technology. However, we may be able to recommend a qualified fitter in your area.
Generally speaking – we can produce one mirror panel that’s no larger than 3000mmm x 2440mm. For customers requiring large mirrors we have in the past supplied separate mirror panels that sit next to one another to create a large wall of matching mirrors. No – because using a standard TV set with the mirror overlay won’t allow the TV screen to appear through the mirror very clearly whatsoever. Our Mirror-TVs have been designed specifically for the purpose. The type of mirror and TV set we use is as of such that it produces the best quality picture when ON and when Turned OFF the TV will be completely invisible.
We use a high-brightness LG LED panel; this particular panel has a brightness output capable of 1000cd/m2.
There is no right or wrong way; both options are achievable. The simplest option though is for the TV screen to overlap the tiles, as this method allows you to remove the TV more easily (if need be).
All Tech2o TVs have integrated state-of-the-art DVB-T/T2 terrestrial TV tuners meaning that once connected with an aerial cable – they can access all Freeview free-to-air digital and HD TV and radio channels.

The Mirror TV is designed to look like a mirror when OFF and when turned ON a TV. The mirror will always reflect; a mirror cannot be turned OFF. However, using our proprietary technology we have managed to achieve a good balance between a high-quality LED screen and a slightly tinted mirror, where you can obtain best of both worlds.
Our range of Outdoor TV’s are very versatile. Usually our customers simply mount them on a flat external wall with the supplied slim-line VESA bracket. The TV’s also have standard VESA mount fixing points, so as long as the bracket you want to use is VESA-compatible and can hold the weight of the TV then it is ok to use.
We do recommend it as this avoids the risk of any moisture entering the wall and damaging the wall internally. It is important to note that the TV will not require any additional sealant to make it waterproof (as it is fully IP-Rated waterproof as standard).

The TV screen will always be a certain size (e.g. 32” corner-to-corner), and the mirror panel will always be a little-bit larger than the TV screen to cover it completely.
Yes, these TV’s have been designed to be vandal proof; the front and rear casing is made of a robust steel and the 6mm thick glass frontage is tempered.
Based on UK regulations – no power plugs are allowed in the bathroom, unless they are cited over 3-meters from the bath or shower. This is why generally we suggest that it is best if the power feed comes from the room behind, the room below or the room above (the attic). We also strongly recommend that a qualified fitter installs your TV. We are on the other end of the phone if advice is required.
In terms of power – the TV will come with either a UK or EU plug, of which can easily be converted if you wish to use a different plug-type. In terms of TV tuner – our TVs have a DVB-T/T2/C (terrestrial/cable) tuner as standard, which is compatible with all EU countries. For other countries – however, we recommend that you check compatibility prior to purchase.

To ensure that our waterproof TVs are safe for use in a wet environment, they come with a transformer which reduces the power supply from 240V to 12V-24V (depending on the TV size).
Yes, all Tech2o Televisions have cable DVB-C (DVB-T/T2/C) tuners built within, which are compatible with local EU channels.

The mirror frontage is slightly tinted to ensure that the TV screen is visible when ON. However, the mirror does retain its reflective properties when the TV’s OFF.
The Outdoor Televisions have two internal speakers that are located at the bottom of the casing. You can also connect external speakers using the audio-output if you wish, however this is not essential.
The 2-part power lead we supply as standard is a total of 240cm long. We do not supply a longer version and this cannot be extended as it has been specifically designed to supply the TV with the optimum power supply that is required. The strategic use of extension leads should allow you to contend with longer distances if need be.
As standard no they don’t, however we can ensure that our TV’s are supplied with an integrated DVB-S/S2 tuner (to facilitate for Satellite TV) upon request.

However – we do not recommend that you submerse the remote control under water for long periods of time.

As there is no control-panel on the front or side of the TV, physically controlling the TV is reliant on a remote controller. However, the TV can be linked to a home automation system (through IR/RS-232) which can allow you to control the TV.
